Working with the Mattel Children's Foundation & Philanthropy since 2015, I have leveraged my strengths in relationship building, community outreach, event management, corporate & social communications and creativity to design new philanthropic programs, transform legacy programs and act as the face of Mattel Philanthropy externally with our community partners and as the lead ambassador to our global affiliate offices.

Prior to making the move to our Corporate Philanthropy team, I spent 17 years managing Mattel's meetings and events giving me expert knowledge in the start to finish process of producing a variety of internal and external facing engagements for our employees, retailers, influencers and consumers.
